Ingredients

Before we get cooking, here’s everything you need. Check items off as you go — at home or in the store.

Directions

  • On a large cutting board or platter arrange log of honeyed goat cheese, slices of gouda, and brie in separate sections of the board.
  • Using a 2”-3” wide glass fold slices of soppressata in half over the edge of the glass, overlapping around the glass until all slices are used.
  • Flip cup upside-down on the platter in a desired location and carefully remove the cup from soppressata, creating a rose.
  • Fold coppa in quarters and arrange in fans on the platter around one of the cheeses, separate from the soppressata rose. Arrange pepper salami like a river down the middle of the platter, snaking it around the cheeses.
  • Place pepper jelly and honey separately into small jars or containers and arrange on cutting board between other items.
  • Fan out sections of pear and insert between items on the cutting board. Place bunches of nuts in some of the free spaces on the platter.
  • Place assorted crackers in any free space left on the platter. Serve at room temperature with appropriate utensils.
