Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil and rice vinegar until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper. Divide marinade in half.
- Poke pork chops with a fork all over to help marinade penetrate the meat. Place pork chops in a resealable gallon bag. Add half of marinade and massage into meat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours to marinate.
- When ready to cook, preheat air fryer to 400° F for 3-5 minutes.
- Toss broccoli florets with remaining marinade and set aside. Remove pork from marinade, making sure to remove as much marinade as possible. Discard remaining marinade.
- Air-fry sirloin chops until internal temperature reaches 145° F, about 12-15 minutes. Do this in batches as needed to ensure basket isn’t overcrowded. Wipe clean. Remove broccoli from marinade, reserving leftover marinade. Air-fry broccoli until tender and starting to char, about 4-6 minutes. Pork chops and broccoli can also be roasted in the oven together on a single sheet tray in a preheated oven at 400° F until internal temperature reaches 145° F, about 20-25 minutes with 3 min rest.
- Serve pork chops and broccoli together with rice. Drizzle with reserved marinade if desired.
