Ingredients

Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon on both sides until crisp. Remove from pan onto a towel to drain, leaving rendered fat in pan.
- In the same skillet, grill sourdough on both sides in bacon fat until golden brown.
- Halve avocados and smash one half onto each grilled sourdough toast. Sprinkle each toast with ½ teaspoon of everything seasoning. Finish by topping each with 2 slices of crispy bacon. If desired, finished with a fried egg. Fry eggs until yolk and whites are firm and the internal temperatures reaches 160 degrees and set aside.
