- Season pork belly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Roast at 400°F for 40–45 minutes until crispy.
- Toss pineapple, jalapeño, and vinegar together; let sit for 15 minutes.
- Place corn tortillas on a baking sheet. Lightly brush or spray both sides with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, then flip and bake for another 2–3 minutes until they are fully crispy.
- Smash avocado with lime juice and salt.
- Build tostados with avocado, pork belly, pickled pineapple, salsa macha, and cilantro.
