Raisin-Apricot Glazed Ham

Nothing could be easier than serving a boneless ham. Dress yours up with this easy and tempting glaze. Serve Cranberry Waldorf Salad, roasted potatoes, Green Beans with Glazed Onions, and dinner rolls.
Ingredients
- 8 pound fully-cooked boneless ham
- 1 18-oz jar apricot preserves
- 2 ounces slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
For glaze, in a small bowl stir together well preserves, almonds, raisins and lemon juice.
Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer registers 140 degrees F. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Slice thinly to serve.
