Slower Cooker Balsamic Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients

- 2 lbs. baby back ribs, membranes removed
- ½ sweet onion, chopped
- 1 12–oz. jar sugar-free apricot preserves
- 1/3 cup bottled barbecue sauce
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
Directions
- Coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Cut ribs into four piece segments and place in slow cooker with onions.
- In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Spoon sauce over ribs and cook on low until tender, 6–7 hours.
- Remove ribs from slow cooker and place on prepared baking sheet. Place in oven to broil on low, 3–4 minutes. Transfer to platter and serve immediately.
