Ingredients
Before we get cooking, here’s everything you need. Check items off as you go — at home or in the store.
Directions
- Place pork chops in a resealable bag. In a bowl, whisk together tahini, soy sauce, vinegar, gochujang, honey, and chili crisp if using.
- Pour half of the tahini mixture over pork chops in bag. Seal bag and massage marinade over chops. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour or up to overnight. Reserve remaining marinade.
- Preheat grill to 350-400°F. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill roughly 5-6 minutes per side until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Rest for 3-10 minutes before slicing.
- For each serving, plate one cup of rice, a quarter of the cucumber, half a cup of edamame, and half an avocado. Top with sliced pork. If desired, garnish with tomatoes, scallions, black sesame seeds, and drizzle with some of the remaining marinade.
