Air Fryer Maple-Teriyaki Glazed Pork Chops

2 6 oz New York pork chops

2/3 cup pineapple juice

¼ cup less-sodium soy sauce

2 Tbsp. minced garlic

2 Tbsp. sliced green onion, plus more for garnish

2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger

½ tsp. crushed red pepper, plus more for garnish
Directions
- To a gallon resealable bag, add all ingredients. Seal bag and shake to combine. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
- Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees. Discarding marinade, transfer chops to a cutting board. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired, then lightly coat with cooking spray.
- Arrange chops in fryer basket with a little room between them. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, about 15 minutes. Transfer chops to a plate and let rest 3 minutes. Serve garnished with green onion and red pepper.
