Directions
- Slice each baguette section lengthwise.
- Thinly slice butter and distribute evenly between baguette pieces.
- Finish each baguette with about 3 ounces of jambon de Paris and serve room temperature or chilled.
NOTE: Sandwiches can be made ahead of time and wrapped in parchment or plastic and refrigerated. A traditional Jambon-Beurre simply has ham and butter, but other items like brie or arugula could also be added if desired.
