Ingredients

Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and mustard. Reserve ½ cup sauce.
- Add pork to the remaining sauce, and mix until evenly distributed. Cover and allow to marinate for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Remove excess marinade from pork, and string on soaked skewers.
- Preheat grill.
- Grill on high until cooked to 145° F, followed by a 3-minute rest. Serve alongside reserved sauce.
